National Assembly and Old Assembly Buildings, Parliament Precinct, Cape Town: Refurbishment of all windows and louvred shutters including repairs to damaged windows, waterproofing to ledges, external tiling, waterproofing to flat roofs, painting of external façades.

Tuynhuys Presidency and Bakers Cottage Buildings, Parliament Precinct, Cape Town: Refurbishment of all windows including servicing of all windows and replacement of damaged windows and louvred shutters, removal of all defective plaster, re-plastering to 80% of external façade, full exterior skimfill to external façade, painting of all external surfaces with specialist paints.

GDP was established in 2017 as a general maintenance and general construction concern. Since inception we have been fortunate enough to secure a good few medium to large projects. GDP has many facets and take pride in all our endeavours. We have an established rope access division.
